Overview

Located in Arlington, Six Flags Over Texas is the original Six Flags theme park, and boasts a wide range of thrilling rides and annual events. Rides-wise, Superman: Tower of Power is one of the highest dropping rides on earth, at 325 feet of altitude; Titan rips riders around at 85 mph; and New Texas Giant is a monstrous "hybrid" wooden roller coaster. Family-friendly rides include the perennial favorites Conquistador, Judge Roy Scream, and Six Flags Speedway Go Karts.

Information

Fright Fest infests the park every fall, with scare zones, haunted houses, and costumed creatures roaming the grounds. Spring Break Out hosts live music and a variety of fun for welcoming back warmer weather.
